Managing the Trust Relationship Between A Manager and A Team Member in Remote Work Using the Skilit AI Tool
French companies are lagging behind in the implementation of teleworking, mainly due to a lack of trust between French managers and their employees. We will attempt to explain why by examining three concepts: French management, teleworking and trust, through the following research question: What are the determinants of trust between managers and employees in a teleworking situation? Our main hypothesis is that the lack of trust between managers and employees hinders the development of teleworking within French companies. This research is being conducted in partnership with Skilit, a company that develops solutions for analysing behavioural factors through semantics, using language sciences, behavioural sciences, neuroscience and AI. This research should enable the Skilit tool to be identified by clients as a “managerial relationship management” tool in the field of management sciences.
