Innovation and Entrepreneurship: The Case of the Tourism Sector in Paris

This article aims to present an overview of entrepreneurship and innovation in the tourism sector in Paris through a literature review and a qualitative field study of 30 innovative entrepreneurs. The results show that the type of innovation adopted by these entrepreneurs is an institutional and/or supply-based innovation.
