Reducing environmental damage in the urban environment requires continuous effort in enhancing public transportation systems. Such a process entails a shift from the car as well as a policy of regular communication to keep the public patient during the road work and to show current and future benefits provided by the chosen means of transportation. Through various innovations and pricing policies, the new use of trams is both highly justified and relevant.
