Corporate governance tends to understand the relations between the partners in the firm, namely managers and stockholders. With the financialization of economies, the nature of economic relationships has strongly evolved. Under the influence of contractual theories, stockholders appear to have prevailed over other forms of management in the struggle for influence. How can key entrepreneurial values resist?
