"The activities of family and individual enterprises often benefit from assistance from family members. In general, this takes the form of free help. However, this advantage is expected to end gradually, mainly for the following reasons: the fight against disguised work and moonlighting; the fight against child labor; the fight against unfair competition and social dumping; and the fight for the financing of social security by means of wage taxation. The relevant legal concepts used by legislators and judges are deferred wage work, unjust enrichment, and fines."
